Fort Greene Park Yoga

Join me and Emily Anderson, a fellow yoga teacher, as we co-teach a yoga class in the evening at Fort Greene Park.

In this class we will steadily build heat with vinyasa style yoga before winding down and releasing the week with the help of restorative yoga poses.

Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be provided. Bring your own yoga mat!
