This 4-month program is designed to prepare you not only with knowledge, but with the confidence and sensitivity required to support diverse pregnancy experiences.
You Will Learn How To:
Teach prenatal and postnatal yoga classes that are inclusive and trauma-informed
Use language that respects all gender identities and lived experiences
Safely modify yoga practices for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum
Understand the physiological and emotional processes of pregnancy and birth
Support students navigating complex or non-traditional pregnancy journeys
Integrate Ayurveda to support hormonal health, recovery, and long-term vitality
Create spaces where students feel seen, respected, and safe
We meet one weekend per month in person in NYC, in addition to one live call per month on Zoom.
